Heading to Guadalajara and Manzanillo in early March for 10 days and wonder about tips for must-see things to do, see, restaurant recommendations and accomodations as well. ( no all-inclusives please)

Go to the artisan village of Tlaquepaque outside of Guadalajara. Lots of neat dishes, glass items and dinnerware.
